Get to Know Us

We offer our clients a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from all of our staff at the centre. All activities we have on offer are flexible and can be adapted to ensure they meet all clients' individual needs and help them to maintain, and hopefully improve, their mobility.

Weekly Sessions

Full or Half day sessions offered on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.

Sessions offer access to:

  • Specialist Neuro Physiotherapy

  • Specialist Trainers

  • Massage Therapy

  • Music Therapy

  • Emotional Support Programme

 

Lunch and support from our dedicated staff and volunteers are included in every session.
