Our Aim

Our overall aim is to help our clients to maintain independence, build confidence and reduce social isolation.

To achieve this we provide:

  • A warm, welcoming and safe environment.
     

  • A range of light exercises, sporting, gardening, art, and music activities, to meet clients’ individual needs and help them to maintain their mobility.
     

  • Activities and support to build independent living skills, such as cookery and shopping.
     

  • A breakfast roll and healthy, freshly cooked lunch.
     

  • Support from a neuro-physio, and massage therapist
     

  • The opportunity to engage and socialise with others.
     

  • Use of our accessible exercise equipment - with qualified  instructors, trained to support those who have brain injuries or who have suffered a stroke.
     

  • Organised trips, which have included climbing, sailing and weekends away at the Calvert Trust.
     

  • Support for families and carers.
